Devin Dash
Director of Family Ministry
Devin was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. He began his ministry to families in 2014 when he served as a Director of Middle School Ministry. After graduating from the University of South Florida, God called him into business as a ministry where he served for 7 years helping organizations experience the redemptive impact of servant leadership.
In his free time, Devin enjoys spending time with his wife Faith and their three children (Zoë, Joel and Eden), working out at CrossFit Lena, and hosting friends and neighbors for dinner and games. You can count on Devin to share his obsession with craft coffee with you; he will gladly make you a cup! According to his kids, he also makes the best tacos, and they’ve been lovingly dubbed “Daddy’s Famous Tacos.”

Betsy Pierce
Children's Ministry Director
I feel blessed to be on the staff of CPC. I have a degree in Christian Education and have served as a children's pastor most of my life. My goal is to work with the parents, children, church members and staff to build a safe, energetic and biblically solid program for the young students of our church.

Mark Adrian
Assistant Director of Youth Ministry
Mark is currently in seminary and under care of the Florida Presbytery (ARPC) as he prepares for ordained pastoral ministry. He feels a strong call to disciple others, teach Scripture faithfully, and help people, especially students, grow in their relationship with Christ.
Over the past year, Mark has grown increasingly invested in youth ministry, helping lead Sunday night gatherings and build relationships with students. Now, he’s excited to step in more fully: teaching, mentoring, and pointing the next generation to the hope we have in Jesus.
When he’s not studying or serving, you’ll find Mark on the golf course, experimenting in the kitchen, or hanging out with his dog, Grace. His prayer is that students would know Christ deeply, love Him sincerely, and live out their faith with confidence and joy.

Over the past few months, Renée has been called to serve in our Youth Ministry and the Good News Club and is looking forward to serving the older children/students as well.

Ryan Zimmer
Worship and Media Team Leader
Ryan is a worship leader, songwriter, and audio engineer whose main passion is to know Jesus and make Him known in the earth. His primary focus and background in worship leading and songwriting has led him to take the journey of faith from Pennsylvania to Florida in 2012 to be part of a church plant as a worship pastor. In addition to leading the worship music on Sunday morning service at CPC, Ryan also oversees the audio/video production ministry. In this great life adventure with God, Ryan's desire is to see his music connect this generation to the presence and love of Christ and see the nations transformed by worship and prayer.

Katherine Bivins
Administrative Assistant
Katherine came to work at CPC in July of 2020 after her husband's job relocated them to Florida from Michigan in 2018. She feels truly blessed to be working with such a wonderful staff and finds it an honor to be able to support the leadership and the congregation as the administrative assistant at Christ Presbyterian Church.
