Pastor, Kent Adrian
Kent Adrian, Interim Pastor at Christ Presbyterian Church, has served as pastor in Florida for over thirty years. Kent, a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Seminary, is the author of the book, BEDROCK: The Three Qualities of God That Enable You to Handle Life with Strength and Confidence. He is also President and Executive Director of Life Impact Connections, Inc., a Christian speaking and resource ministry. The goal of this ministry is to counter the various forms of a me-centered gospel so prevalent today with the genuine God-centered gospel, and to emphasize the life-giving impact of this gospel.
Youth Pastor, Andrew Mikhov
Andrew was raised in Tulsa Oklahoma and came from a big family of ten kids. He moved to Sarasota, Florida in October 2015, and got married to a beautiful, amazing girl, Annetta. God truly blessed Andrew as he married his best friend, his encourager who he now gets to call his wife. Andrew believes there is nothing better than to see youth grow in Christ’s love. In this generation, everyone is trying to rob our freedom and our salvation in Christ. The idea of evolution and being your own “god” is sweeping our youth in schools, colleges and universities, and if we as God’s children are not firmly rooted down in the gospel, we can get swept under these misleading ideas. Andrew's passion is to equip and mentor the youth so they know who they are in Christ. His passion is to give them a strong foundation in the Bible so that they can defend their faith wherever they go.
Worship Leader, Manuel Concepcion
Manuel was raised in a Christian family since the day of his birth. Through his walk with God, Manuel has been able to learn so many things about God's purpose for his life and how He wants to use him. Manuel was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and comes from a family of musicians. Music has been a big part of his connection with God and his spiritual growth. Manuel moved to Bradenton in August 2014 after being accepted at the School of Pharmacy of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Although that was the main reason for his decision to move, he knew that God was also bringing him here to use him in a very special way. When Manuel first came to CPC, he was received by such amazing people and really felt that this church is where God wanted him to be. He sees it as a huge honor to be leading the worship team every Sunday and can't wait to see what God has planned for the future of this amazing church!
